The quiet kiosk at Red Arrow Park, which previously served up morning caffeine as a Biggby Coffee and a Starbucks, is slated for a major pivot. If all goes according to plan, the space will trade in lattes for lagers as a new seasonal beer garden hopes to open its doors as soon as this July.
